Since 1987, Casino Royale, a renowned Milanese band, reemerged onto the music scene in 2021 with “Polaris,” an EP delivering thirty minutes of diverse and eclectic music ranging from songs, orchestral and chamber compositions, European-rooted electronica, and black-derived grooves.

The live performance last May 14 at OGR Torino showcased the band performing with an exceptional lineup comprising both seasoned veterans and fresh talents: together with Alioscia, Casino Royale's longstanding vocalist, were Patrick Benifei - vocals and piano -, Geppi Cuscito - bass and guitar -, Marta del Grandi - vocals and synthesizer, Lillo Dadone - drums-, Vito Miccolis - percussion. This performance holds exceptional artistic value as the band seamlessly blended their new songs from the latest EP into their classic repertoire, presented with contemporary arrangements that captivated both loyal fans and new admirers alike. For Casino Royale, this concert has served as a heartfelt return, as Alioscia says: "Torino was one of the first cities that adopted us and followed us in every change we made; I think this concert at OGR is a sign that the city loves, understands, and follows us."
